Conrad Grebel College

Conrad Grebel College: University of Waterloo – Completed 2024

To say lots of advanced planning and an extremely short installation period were required would be an understatement. The project involved the complete demolition of most of the mechanical room along with the replacement of the existing 12000 cfm multizone air handling unit and central exhaust system. In addition, the specifications called for a new 3000 cfm indoor energy recovery ventilator, variable air volume (VAV) boxes and silencers. The majority of this to be installed in a 10 day shut down window. ESM provided 2 shifts on site as well as continuous shop fabrication support to meet the deadline.
